The investment opportunities for our private mortgage pool (a securities offering that shares the mortgage investments of different investors into one pool) are numerous and they range from offering a small $50,000 loan to an investor for a paid off property in Los Angeles, CA to $5,000,000 to an investor for the purchase of a medical office building in Beverly Hills, CA.

• We have established direct correspondent relationships with other hard money lenders and private funds, Wall Street companies, and banks. This enables us to serve every type of borrower and every kind of commercial projects. We collaborate with other investors, both selling to them and buying from them to diversify our fund as much as possible and ensure the highest return on investment (ROI).

• We primarily makes loans secured by first mortgage (also called a first trust deed). There might occasionally be opportunities to invest in 2nd mortgages as well.

• We manage our operations in an efficient manner, resulting in quick but thoroughly careful decision making and investment process. Usually, we can fully commit investments within 48 hours.
