LBC Capital Fixed Income Fund LLC began with the humblest of beginnings. Before providing quality hard money loans, private mortgage fund, private financing, private mortgage pool, ROI 8% on investments, safe investment secured by real estate, and private money loans on a grand scale, the manager of this fund, Lending Bee, started out back in 2003 as a small business brokerage firm for residential mortgages that concentrates in hand money lending, purchase money loans, refinances, and FHA Financing for our Californian locality.

Great Things Start from Small Beginnings

Lending Bee's clients at the time consisted of friends, their coworkers, extended family, and other locals within the LA area. Even with out humble beginnings, we dared to dream big and strove to get that goal, which eventually led to the birth of our loan modification company, Save Home USA, and our real estate firm, LBC Realty.

Through the years, we've established LBC Realty and Save Home USA as solid contenders in their respective fields, which eventually lead to us becoming the leading provider of Californian real estate services and loan delivery. While our competitors were having difficult surviving, we offered loan modifications to those who required it via our Save Home USA sister company.
